How often is service offered?

Ideally, we will service your pool weekly in order to maintain a family-ready, crystal clear pool.

Are you using dangerous chemicals?

Maintaining a pool necessarily requires the use of chemicals, which, if handled improperly, can pose a safety hazard. It’s best to have a trained Scout to safely handle them and ensure they work as intended.

Where should the pool water level be during normal operation?

The water level in your pool should be at least 2/3 up the skimmer opening on pool side.

Do you include chemicals in your cleaning service?

Absolutely. No need for you to purchase and/or store chemicals. We take care of everything for you.

Do you control the water level in my pool?

Yes. In the summer we may need to drain some water from your pool if practical, and in the winter we add water. Heavy rains or high winds can often result in water levels being higher or lower than expected. We do our best to estimate water levels. Return to top.
